QUEENSLAND COLLECTIVE WRITERS : Meeting dates for 2023.

We meet online (only on zoom) on the last Thursday of every month (excluding December and January, also any coinciding public holidays). Monthly meetings will commence for 2023 at 1pm (sharp), and finish at 3.00pm or otherwise stated. The Chermside (Collective) Writers Group adheres to a quota on membership. The CCWG meetings for February to November 2023 are now only on Zoom. Meetings are no longer held at the library. We do adhere to a quota for this particular format.

January - no meeting. (holiday period).

December - no meeting. (Christmas period).

Expected Code of Behaviour

1. Members should be supportive, and offer encouraging, constructive feedback to fellow members with their written work. We aim for positive and helpful feedback.

2. We ask members to be respectful of the agenda at each monthly meeting, as this needs to be adhered to.

3. Any personal attack, disrespect, rudeness, or unfair/cutting criticism to another fellow writer during any of our meetings is not tolerated or welcome, as this type of behaviour is unacceptable to the congeniality of the group.

4. The co-ordinator reserves the right to make decisions regarding membership.
